Job Summary:

The Electronic Project Developer and Component Stock Maintenance Specialist will design, develop, and maintain electronic projects while managing and organizing electronic components inventory. This role requires technical expertise in electronics, attention to detail, and organizational skills to ensure smooth project execution and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Development:

• Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for various applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements and specifications.
• Assemble, test, and debug prototypes to ensure functionality and performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, including schematics, assembly instructions, and test reports.
• Work on improving and optimizing existing electronic systems.

2. Component Stock Maintenance:

• Monitor and manage the inventory of electronic components, ensuring critical stock levels are maintained.
• Organize and catalogue components for easy identification and retrieval.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and update stock records.
• Source and procure components from suppliers while optimizing costs and delivery timelines.
• Dispose of obsolete or damaged components in an environmentally responsible manner.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure all projects and components meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Test components and materials for quality and compatibility before use in projects.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project development with organizational goals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members on component usage and project challenges.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, specifications, and warranty claims.

5. Continuous Improvement:
