Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to install, inspect, maintain, and repair machinery in our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime through regular preventive maintenance and efficient troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to diagnose and repair equipment failures.
• Conduct safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards or inefficiencies.
• Install, calibrate, and test new machinery as required.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and request parts and supplies as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Train staff on proper machine operation and maintenance practices when necessary.
